Oversee football operations & strategy.
Organise facilitators and ensure club governance.

Essential Club Roles
Secretary for Mid-Sussex & Old Quality Leagues – John Masterson
Manages league administration & registrations.
Books referees and changing rooms.
Ensures fixtures and player lists are organised.
Fixtures Secretary & Calendar Manager-Tom Lake
Maintains the club fixture calendar for all teams.
Liaises with leagues and opposition teams.
Ensures all matches are scheduled properly.
Memberships Manager-Chaz Newman
Oversees player sign-ups & transitions from drop-in to full membership.
Manages membership limits and the injury list.
Handles any related fee refunds.

Football Operations & Equipment
Kit Procurement – Richard Harding
Orders and distributes club kit & merchandise.
Ensures players have what they need for matches.
Kit Overlords-Nick Calvert and Pat Griffin
Maintains footballs, cones, first aid kits & storage solutions.
Ensures all kit is in top condition for match days.
VEO Manager – Tom Lake
Manages the club’s VEO camera for match recording & review.
Helps vets & community teams capture game footage.

Team Managers & Facilitators
Sussex Sunday League Over-35/Over-45s Managers (Firsts & Reserves)- Firsts are Tom Lake, Daniel Horan and Wayne Liddle, Reserves are Stuart Fuller, Will Bentley and Jack Kingston and Over-45s are Dave Carpenter and Mark Barkaway.
Select and manage competitive teams.
Organise fixtures, squad rotation & matchday logistics.
Ensure positive team culture & fair play.
Old Quality League Gaffers (Over-35s & Over-45s)-Over-45s are Mark Stevens and Brian Schofield.
Oversee recreational 11-a-side teams.
Manage squads, draft process & team spirit.
Ensure fair and inclusive match experiences.
Facilitators – 21+ Active, Vacancies Available
Run our drop-in football sessions.
Welcome new players & ensure fair team selection.
Read the club poem & reinforce club values.
